I came to Julie with a problem that I was struggling to solve. With Julie’s coaching, I was able to pinpoint the factors that were impacting my problem, and come up with a few solutions around how to solve it. From there, I was able to identify the most realistic solution, and an action plan that would make the biggest difference. The answers were so much more clear after our call! Having the accountability to follow through on the plan allowed me to embrace the change, alleviate the problem, and ultimately achieve my goal as a result.
Julie has warm and gentle spirit that allowed me to feel calm and present within the first minutes of the call. She uses powerful prompts which always really got me thinking about my goals and what was most important to me at that moment. I really appreciated the reminders of where we were at in our call, to ensure that we ended with an action for me to work on until our next session.
