Or what if the dog constantly wants petting or children interrupt you? Then, some guidelines may need to be set up. Sometimes you may also need to move yourself to a different location to escape the distractions of your own mind or your mental blocks. A change of surroundings can reset your brain. If your thoughts remain a distraction, try journaling or doing a brain dump.
