In this fun workshop for kids, they will watch as Julie Polanco builds two temples, one with marshmallows and one with carrot sticks and peanut butter. Which one will withstand the burning fever? De Bolton is a mom of three girls and a wife to her best friend. De is a personal trainer and wellness educator. Katie Corbett is a Certified Health Education Specialist and a Wellness &  Health Coach who specializes in weight loss. She has a Masters Degree  in Community Health Education and created Health, Wellness & Chocolate  after struggling with her own weight for 30 years. After giving  herself a “year of grace”, she stopped dieting and started researching  to understand the psychology behind weight loss.

Once she started applying the research to her own life, the weight  began to come off. 60 pounds later, she turned her journey into a  course to help other women lose weight for the last time and go from  feeling powerless around food to being empowered and having peace with  food without a crazy eating plan or insane exercise routine. Jamie Fivecoate Larrison is a wife, homeschooling mom, health nut, but most importantly a Christ follower. Her love for herbs and all things natural is driven by her desire to be a good steward of the amazing world we’ve been given.

Since she was a little girl she’s used, grown, and experimented with herbs.  She now devours every book and medical study she can get her hands on! She’s studied with herbalists like Jim McDonald, Dr. Aviva Romm, Dr. Jessie Hawkins, and the Herbal Academy. In addition, she’s taken a variety of herbal medicine, aromatherapy and aromatology courses over the past twelve years.

As the main instructor, founder and CEO of Fit2B Studio, Beth Learn has worked tirelessly since 2010 to integrate diastasis recti rehabilitation into mainstream fitness styles. She has traveled the world as a speaker and educator, and she has fostered world-wide collaborations for her Fit2b Radio podcast and online fitness courses. She became a certified group fitness instructor in 1997 and received her B.S. in Exercise & Sport Science in 2001. She has trained and certified in a wide variety of fitness specialities since then. Julie Polanco has had a deep love for field and forest since childhood. Her passion led her to become a Master Herbalist in 2003 and later, a certified Aromatherapist through the two oldest schools in the U.S.. Karen Stephenson is an author,  professional writer/researcher, wild food educator, and chartered herbalist. She has lectured for schools, a multitude of community groups, and is a sought after speaker for many notable events including the International Herbal Association. She has been interviewed on national radio, has been written about in a variety of media and has appeared on television.

Karen is a certified Master Naturalist, has an S.S.W. (High Honours with Distinction), and has taken courses in nutrition, holds a diploma as a Chartered Herbalist and certification as an Acute Canine Herbalist. She has just finished her thesis to earn her Master Herbalist.

Are these workshops live or recorded?

All workshops are recorded for your convenience. That way, you can watch them at your leisure even weeks after the conference is over. We know that you work, care for small children, homeschool, and/or  have unexpected life events happen. That’s why we give you lifetime access to the workshops.

How is this different from paying for an online course?

Well, for one, a course is taught by one person and this conference has several teachers. Another difference is that you can purchase a course at any time. However, you can purchase this conference bundle of workshops only during the conference period, March 4-5. Sales remain open through the weekend, but after March 7, your opportunity is gone. A third difference is that this conference offers a couple of other bonuses that you don’t get with a course. Those bonuses are: a digital goody bag from the speakers and the opportunity to enter to win a $100 vendor giveaway. 

How long are these workshops?

Each workshop is around 30 minutes.
